Salon Policies & Guidelines
Thank you for choosing Restore Hair Spa. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following Salon Policies and Cancellation Terms.
Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to accommodate other clients, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In either case, you will be charged for the full service booked, as the time has been allocated for you.
Parking & Arrival
We kindly ask that you do not park in no-standing zones, block driveways, crossovers, or footpaths. To maintain the peaceful, spa-like atmosphere for all guests, we ask that you attend your appointment alone unless prior arrangements have been made.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. However, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost, which helps cover our staff’s time and the loss of the appointment slot.
No-shows (missed appointments with no notice) will be charged 100% of the service cost, and pre-payment will be required for all future bookings.
